$ 42.50 – Daily Rate ( 5-11 Days) 15% discount

$ 40.00 – Daily Rate (12-25 Days) 20% discount

$ 37.50 – Daily Rate (26-32 Days) 25% discount

$ 35.00 – Daily Rate (33 + Days) 30% discount EXTENDED stays at an even Greater Savings!

Note: To calculate your rates, please multiply the number of days of your stay by the daily rate posted.

Example 15 days * $40.00 = $600.00

The above rates include pickup/drop-off to the Airport and daily maid service. Phone, Cable TV, and DSL Internet access are also included. To reserve your timeframe, kindly remit the REFUNDABLE reservation fee of $50.00.

Upon recieving your reservation fee, I will block your reqested dates and send you a conformation email. Should you need to cancel, I will refund the $50.00 reservation fee. Refund must be requested within 60 days from the date of your reservation fee payment.

After 60 days, due to processing fees, I will refund you $40.00. After receiving the reservation fee, you may change your dates as needed depending on availability. We look forward to assisting you in any way we can.

Reservation Fee will be deducted from your final billing. Full maid services are negotiable depending on your needs, such as Cook, Driver, Nanny, or other services that you may wish to acquire. Please let us know your needs and We will take care of them for you.
